No, this is and will be a CLI tool only. However there's a project called spotifube which I and others worked on, haven't done anything for a long time. I'm currently in my final exams so expect some progress in a few weeks :)

Also you are of course invited to help, it's electron-based, I think the others aren't working on it anymore I'm wrong. Thanks, @sdhutchins!

See https://github.com/ritiek/spotify-downloader/blob/4d4b10c39fb0c486013216634cd687e4d651f457/CONTRIBUTING.md#related-resources and https://github.com/linusg/spotifube

@vn-ki you are by far the fastest responder I've seen on GH in a very long time :grinning:

I am working on some papers, @linusg. I hope to be able to contribute soon.

Wow. That was fast.

BTW I've just updated the README for clarification it's anything but usable over at spotifube, still can't believe people are liking it! It's currently a complete mess, no documentation or useful instructions at all. Don't wanna talk about the lack of basic features  As I said once I'm done mit my final exams I really want it polished. I believe it's a great project as-is, combining web development with desktop GUIs, probably leading to improvements of spotify-downloader etc. As I'm not able to work on it completely on my own I hereby invite all of you again to contribute if you can! Seems like @sdhutchins is in – who else?

(not saying this is not good enough, but an additional GUI on top of the CLI still seems like a perfect improvement to me!)
