How to use spotify-download on Windows?

I do not find any information about it, and I'm a beginner in python, and I'm having a lot of difficulties. Is there someone to help me? I do not know how to run the spotdl and download the spotify songs

Here ya go.

(Almost) no Python knowledge required, but you'll need to know how to open a terminal, otherwise this project won't serve you well.

If no download directory is specified in Windows where do the files go? On my system ffmpeg was not found (a permissions issue I believe) so there is a temporary m4a or two sitting somewhere that I would like to delete but I can't find them. They are not in the directory from which spotdl was run nor are they in the library folder containing spotdl.

*Edit: nevermind, found it. C:\Users\[USER]\Music\
