New releases as `@tibcosoftware/spotfire-wrapper@...` #158

Will new releases be published as a @tibcosoftware/spotfire-wrapper package? The latest release was sent to the global npmjs registry as @tibco/spotfire-wrapper@0.18.0 but not released with the same GitHub owner scope as the repository. We'd like to favor using @tibcosoftware as it is in line with the GitHub owner and allows us to use the spotfire-wrapper module with other non-public @tibco modules (which are and likely always shall be internally released only).
