Preparing for plugin code refactoring

Updated version to 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT. Added some simple integration tests. Added ep-maven-interface sub module, defining interfaces for Admin commands to be implemented in SB product. Updated POMs to use the top level POM as a parent, added POM flattening to keep it simple to stage on Central.
