Update app path references #10

Updates the README and link references to app path to match manifest BundleIdentifier.

before: spotify:app:tutorial

after: spotify:app:api-tutorial

closes spotify/apps-tutorial#6

Too many changes ;-) Reverting this commit https://github.com/spotify/apps-tutorial/commit/b4ff26ee25a159ce98e5256c3de209f8f82182f0 is much simpler.

Very true, but I could not assume that the BundleIdentifier change was made without reason.
