Please post the full exception message and stacktrace (from running mvn -e ...) if you can. I don't think there is enough info in the issue title to debug too much - although it sounds like an issue with paths on Windows, if I had to guess (/\discovery-service-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar is an odd path on any platform).

Also 0.3.7 is almost two years old - you should try with the latest version (1.0.0) too.
