Following fields are changed under manager Options :

MetricsBindAddress is removed from manager options in favor of Metrics struct. https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/controller-runtime/pull/2407
Namespace is removed from manager options in favor of cache.DefaultNamespaces. https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/controller-runtime/pull/2421
