Some times after change spotify playlist order, the player skips next song and plays the next song in the previous playlist.

Issue found on June 1 2017.

The desktop player doesn't show the speaker over the song in the playlist.

Hi @hughrawlinson, I'm still seen this issue. Some times the player skips next song if we have moved it previously. Do you have any update on it?

I'm gonna drop a note here because the same issue is coming up for others (https://github.com/spotify/web-api/issues/842) and I've been dealing with this for about a year now. It makes my app virtually useless.

These issues can probably be merged somehow, but I just want to do my best to get someone's attention. @hughrawlinson did you look into this at all, as promised?
