Various small improvements #40

Set 2s timeout when connecting to Spotify
- Prevents a very long hang when IPv6 is flakey, which seems to be quite often for me
- On IPv6 failure the http library will try again with IPv4
Show more progress updates when starting up the script to reduce the time duration where it seems to be frozen
Reduce default num subprocesses
- 50 was causing a lot of 429 errors for me with recent changes to caching
Parallelize fetching of the Spotify playlist tracks
Update readme and remove redundant requirements.txt file

@RobinHirst11 Personally I probably wouldn't use it, and am more accustomed to having high level discussions directly on GitHub by opening a new issue when there is a matter to discuss and communicating asynchronously there. However if this format is unsuitable for a given topic I'm happy to breakout somewhere.

Is there a private discussion board on GitHub we can use?

No I don't think there's currently a way to have private discussions on github. The project discussion board on github is publicly viewable. Tbh I would say this is the norm in open source development, that most discussions would take place in the open so that in theory anyone can contribute to those discussions and see what's currently happening. But if you guys prefer to have a private Discord it would be ok with me.
