This fixes an error that occurs when using XML Decoder:

PHP Fatal error: Class 'Drupal\wsdata\Plugin\WSDecoder\SimpleXMLElement' not found in /var/www/html/drupal/modules/wsdata/src/Plugin/WSDecoder/WSDecoderXML.php on line 29
