Allow conversion of ISchedule objects to/from iCal file format.

Can implement iCal with open source DDay.iCal .NET library. This implements the current standard RFC 5545. http://sourceforge.net/projects/dday-ical/ ttp://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5545
