Fix .syntax files for Psych #3

Hi,

The .syntax files contains some invalid YAML content which are parsed by Syck but not by libyaml, thus Psych raises an error when they are read.

This fix quotes every backquote values, and ItWorksOnMyComputer™.

I don't know if there are other problems…
