Fix NTU titlepage format

According to the latest official thesis format [1]

• There are no spaces between school, college and department names
• College name in english is also need to be included

第一點的確在官方示例中不存在空格。不過保留空格看似也不違反規定!? 我比較傾向保留，主要是為了美觀，也防止像是「台南市長 榮中學」或是「IKEA新店店店長」這種事情發生。

第二點主要還是由於你分離出的 \college 所以要在 titlepage.tex 添加。 分離出 \college ，的確比較方便使用者輸入，我考慮一下。（當初是因為其他學校無學院要求，所以採用簡單作法。）

IMO, we should follow the style offered by NTU. Of course, users can modify it on their preference.

For readability and being a customized version for NTU, college option had better be offered.
