Avatar icons dont scale into the border cirrcles #36

The avatar icons are not scaling into the boarder circle thus some avatars are tiny while others are very large and it doesnt work well together

We didn't make the avatars, they weren't originally meant to be a circle and some of them have larger background that make them look smaller when scaled to the same size.
