while launching ubuntu 24.04 noble numbat, it was noticed that the virtual install script fails. it installs 'docker-compose' but the docker provided already has 'docker compose' as a subcommand and they are not compatible

the script appears to work okay with the 'docker.io' docker that has the 'docker compose' plugin

updated script with upstream docker. tested on DO with 24.04 LTS, that it runs and starts. tested reboot works
