Some ideas:

Add vue3-sfc-loader and convert components to Vue 3
Switch to Vite with ng-hotrod and then convert code to Vue 3
Add ngVue and convert components to Vue 2, then switch from AngularJS+ngVue to just Vue (Vite or Webpack). Then upgrade to Vue 3.

- Or use ngVue3 to get Vue 3 directly, but it may be less complete/stable

I have been trying out ngVue3 in the vue-ngvue3 branch, successfully so far.
