Mark whether a corpus is scrambled or not #15

There should be a boolean field marking whether a corpus is scrambled or not (both in Korp and in the sentence sets, usually the setting applies to both formats).

Sparv should fix this automatically upon creation. @MartinHammarstedt and Anne need to go through existing corpora and add this information.
