Error output disappears from log file when using `--log debug` flag #168

e.g.: the log file only contains 2022-09-12 14:04:51,213 - sparv - ERROR - An error occurred while executing cwb:encode:

while it should also contain: OSError: /home/fksparv/.local/bin/cwb/bin/cwb-encode returned error code 1
