App Store Violation? #126

Have you seen Vector Illustrator for the iPhone on the App Store? It sure looks like it's based on the Inkpad source. The help file is the same except the reference to the Mozilla license has been removed. The same developer also has Vector Draw for the iPad

Also on the iPad are DesignShop and Professional Vector Illustrator which seem to be direct copies.

I don't think we can stop re-use of the source code, but we can stop re-use of Inkpad trademark:

We should in fact encourage re-use of the source and sending back code fixes, but not to use the name InkPad.
