Dupplicated name-tag in final pom.xml. See the current pom.xml on scala-tools.org which contains "name" twice.

Just noticed, the description has to be moved into the build settings, too. SBT 0.11 otherwise includes the default values in the final pom. This causes problems with all build-systems and maven repositories which are validating the pom based on the specified xml schema.
