Updates for revised IA. #96

hey @Erioldoesdesign this PR is related to #95. But it's doing quite a bit.

  1. adds a .gitignorefile because Apple keeps littering everywhere and I thought it needed one
  2. creates branch bundles (sections) and updates the site menu to reflect the revise IA (hopefully)
  3. duplicates files into the new branch bundles as to not break the refs (which will cause the site not to load)
  4. creates landing (list) pages for each branch bundle, that will list all the content under that bundle there i.e. all the updates will show up on .../updates

There's duplicates that will need to be removed still. If you have a moment to chat about before approving PR that's probably best.

@oilsinwater Yeah would be good to screen share and see what's happening here on your local if that's cool? I'm sure it's all fine but would be good for my own learning :)
