Update patterns for inclusion in website #30

This adds metadata to all patterns in a front matter section at the top of each pattern's file.

There are also a lot of changes from my editor's formatting of Markdown files. We might want to converge on a specific, rigid Markdown style in order to reduce noise in diffs from this kind of reformatting.
