How to convert this to deb package #43

can someone list the steps to convert it to debian package ?

I suggest downloading the existing src deb package from packages.ubuntu.com or packages.debian.org, unpacking it, updating the source files, and rebuilding your own. I'm going to check there to see if the most recent Ubuntu package is new enough and still functional on my older LTS release. I've been manually hacking on collector.py to fix issues in it.
