How to configure the grafana dashboard #50

Hi,

I am using this Grafana dashboard: 

https://github.com/spreaker/prometheus-pgbouncer-exporter

But I didn't get to configure it so that it shows the hostnames of multiple pgbouncer hosts. So the hosts field is empty. Any clue on what to do?
