Pass cancel token back to checkout #63

Reasoning: as it is we lose the information that an order has been canceled. Better to keep it around so programmers can customise post Paypal failure cancellation experience.

I've added this to 1-3-stable, 2-0-stable, 2-1-stable, 2-2-stable and master.
