Backend paypal payment doesn't show warning #65

there is logic in place (fb5748aa7b83b5ad87d51b503c6c25c69e1044a0) to warn users that this payment method can't be used via the backend but it's not working because the view changed and the selector we are trying to use returns an empty set, this affects master and 2-1-stable

just a screenshot using 2-1-stable credit card area shouldn't be there when selecting paypal
