display store_code next to Taxonomy for better selecting #86

If many stores having same taxonomy we struggle with selecting the right one. Display the store_code next to 2 the Taxonomy for a better selecting.

can anyone test that please in his enviroment? It's working on mine, but as soon i exclude it and load it as a Gem, the API Template is not overriden. Thats maybe caused from the order my Gems are loaded? If i just bring back the Template to my local app/views... its working. Can anyone help me with that?
