Fix the routes and regex validations. Bonus : french locales

Curious why you closed this. Are you working on fixing the build as well? Tip you'll need to update the Gemfile and/or gemspec to point to the appropriate spree branches.

I will open a new pull request for this. I close it because I need more times to test everything.
