1-3-stable support of CKEditor #34

Is there a chance of getting support for CKEditor into the 1-3-stable branch? I see where it is now supported in master, but I am not able to it working with existing 1-3-stable.

I'm not planning to backport it, but I will accept a pull request for it if you'd like to get it working.
