CKEditor does not display #76

The installation generator would not run using the 2-2-stable branch, so i tried that branch from here: gem 'spree_editor', github: 'jtjenkins/spree_editor', branch: '2-2-stable'

That has installed but the editor does not display.

I had previously got TinyMCE installed, might that mess with trying to get CKEditor going? I wanted to switch because it didn't seem to have any image upload capability.
