Hi! I merged the translations using en.yml from core and api at master. I reordered some keys so future diff'ing becomes easier. Fixed some missing tildes but not all.
There's a thing with Castillian Spanish that you probably know, when you refer to a person in English, you'll probably use "they", but this form doesn't exist in canonical Castillian Spanish so you either use a singular male pronoun, assuming everyone's male-identified, or change the wording so you don't have to use a gendered pronoun. I mention this because it usually is the first case and it is for this translation (for instance "el usuario" doesn't just mean "the user" but a male user). Since this can become a point of contention, we'll keep our inclusive translation separately :)
