Add Spanish translations for new Spree 4.3 Admin CMS and Navigation #906

This patch adds Spanish translations for the new CMS and Navigation sections that were added in Spree 4.3

Ideally more improvements should be added, like being able to translate dropdown field options, but those require changing Spree Frontend first to make it possible.
