Update gemspec to depend on spree_backend 3.0.0 #10

@delynn Thanks, spec still fails due to issue #9 it might be very easy to fix, but I got zero time to investigate it for the moment.

I also also getting this issue with 3-0-stable. Also travis build is still reporting the issue.
