:ru locale added, :en and :sv locales fixed and template fixed.

Thanks @foxweb, this has been applied to 3-0-stable and master branches. I fixed failing spec + changed i18n :notice key to :notice_messages (see) https://github.com/spree/spree/blob/master/core/config/locales/en.yml#L8
