Update prawn version to 2.0.1 and add prawn-table gem to add support for tables. See issue #82

With our upcoming PR #87 we depend on prawn-rails, which itself depends on prawn-table and prawn in latest version. So maybe @mamhoff could extract the prawn-rails stuff from the pretty large PR into something smaller?

I think this PR can be closed since there's no need of it anymore. Issue #82 can be closed too, I guess.
