[PATCH] Print max time/pins remaining #420

This is an svn diff against latest reaver, rev 113. It outputs a single 
additional line that looks like this:

[+] 41.57% complete @ 2012-10-13 23:57:40 (13 seconds/pin)
[+] Max time remaining at this rate: 23:12:31 (6427 pins left to try)

This patch provides no additional functionality, it merely prints additional 
information calculated using known variables.

Two notes: 1) this should be marked as Enhancement instead of Defect, though I 
do not see a way to change it 2) I would have submitted it as an attachment 
except I saw the following message: "Issue attachment storage quota exceeded."

I tried this on a 32bit machine where I noticed a memory management 
miscalculation which was causing memory corruption. Here is an updated version:
