[PATCH] Provide pkg-config file #72

Currently leptonica does not provide a pkg-config file.

The attached patch provides such a file, and also handles the integration in 
the build-system.

Please add this patch. The lack of pkg-config support in leptonica makes 
statically linking VobSub2SRT such a pain. (VobSub2SRT depends on tesseract 
which depends on leptonica.)

1.70 is out (finally!).  You can get it at leptonica.org/download.html
