Enable HAVE_FLOAT system tests #80

Several system tests are disabled because they require the HAVE_FLOAT 
condition.  Since the desktop platform has this condition enabled by default 
now, these system tests should be enabled.

Enabled t148 and t158 system tests by renaming the filenames so the test 
harness will 
build and execute them.

No change to code.  System tests pass.
