I've checkd-out from the SVN and *make ipm* got:

main.c:18:21: error: windows.h: Nessun file o directory
main.c:19:19: error: tchar.h: Nessun file o directory

I'm using gcc (Ubuntu 4.3.3-5ubuntu4) 4.3.3. It *works well* with
pymite-08.tar.gz release file.

r467 accidently put some changes in platform/desktop instead of 
platform/windows.  The 
fix is to move these changes to platform/windows and roll-back platform/desktop.

Copied desktop/{README, SConscript, main.c} to windows/.  Reverted changes to 
desktop/{README, SConscript, main.c}.

Testing: "make ipm" passes for desktop.  "make check" passes. Will test windows 
platform when doing Issue #78.

Mainlined directly, see r473.
