Not able to Add Contacts from profile page #11

Issue Description: Not able to Add Contacts from profile page.

Steps:

  1. Click on Profile.
  2. Under Network section click on 'Add Contacts' link.

AR: There is no action.

ER: It should load 'Add Users' Overlay. Same as Add Friends.

Add user list to select on click the link.
