Upon clicking on 'Open Groups' link 404 error is displaying #12

Issue Description: Upon clicking on 'Open Groups' link 404 error is displaying.

Steps:

  1. Click on Profile.
  2. Click on any one link, Under Open Group section.

AR: '404 Page Not Found' error is displaying.

ER: It should load proper page.
