Health Record Dashboard issues. #15

Issue Description: Health Record Dashboard issues.

Steps:

  1. Click on Health Record Dashboard.
  2. Add weight. (AR: 1, 2)
  3. Click on Delete in History. (AR: 3, 4)
  4. Weight-> Chart-> Export-> Email Report to HCP. (AR: 5)
  5. Add Weight. (AR: 6)

AR:

  1. In History Year is not displaying. It's difficult to understand.
  2. History is not aligned According to Date 'Ascending/Descending' order.
  3. On click of delete It's directly deleting.
  4. In History delete is not as like button. It's link.
  5. Vertical scroll bar is displaying. Which is not required.
  6. Invalid time is displaying. Even by updating also invalid time is displaying.(00:00)
  7. In Health Record Dashboard '+ Add More' name may not suite, When we are going to Deselect existing details.
  8. In chart allow user to select year from Drop down list (or) else allow user to enter date manually.
  9. In Chart Calendar icon. Go button, From/To names are not aligned properly.
  10. In chart on mouse hover, One day lesser date is displaying. By default 18:30 is displaying, Even if it is added some other time.
  11. Very first time tool tip is not loading in chart.
  12. X-Coordinate name is not showing as Date.
  13. Year is not displaying in chart.

ER:

  1. In History Year should display.
  2. History should be aligned in Descending order.(Latest added first).
  3. It should display alert message.
  4. Show delete in history as button.
  5. Vertical scroll bar should not display.
  6. Added/Updated time should display.
  7. Display proper name.
  8. In chart allow user to select year from Drop down list (or) else allow user to enter date manually.
  9. In Chart Calendar icon. Go button, From/To names display in one line.
  10. On mouse hover show proper date and also time.
  11. Tool tip should load even first time.
  12. Show the X-Coordinate as Date. Same as Y-Coordinate (kg)
  13. Display year in chart.

Note: -> Time, Chart, calendar & History related issues are same in all the tabs.

Check date input field javascript . Add year with date in tooltip and history.
