Health Record Dashboard-> BP, Pulse & LDL issues #16

Issue Description: Health Record Dashboard-> BP, Pulse & LDL issues

Steps:

  1. Add BP.
  2. Under log, Click on Calendar icon. (AR: 5)
  3. Enter only Systolic value and click on submit in log. (AR: 7)

AR:

  1. Mouse hover values are not refreshing properly. Mouse hover on Diastolic and quick move to Systolic. Some times tool tip is not clearing the values.
  2. Same mouse hover issue is there in two places. (Systolic/Diastolic).
  3. Mouse hover on Diastolic values. Value is showing only Diastolic. But the sign is showing mm/Hg.
  4. Systolic value is overlapping on Export icon, Only if one data is available.
  5. 'Now' button looks like inactive (or) Non clickable.
  6. If time is not selected while adding BP, time stamp is showing 00:00.
  7. PHP error is displaying.
  8. Added on record with 9th-Nov-2013, Multiple records are displaying in Export(CSV). One date with future date. (Same issue is there in BP & Pulse)
  9. LDL graph chart is overlapping on 'Export OR Share Date' link. (PFA).

ER:

  1. Mouse hover values should refresh properly. Tool tip values should clear.
  2. Mouse hover issue need to be fixed in two places. (Systolic/Diastolic).
  3. show the values as follows: 118mm 70Hg. According to mouse hover.
  4. Should not overlap.
  5. Display button as clickable.
  6. Display time stamp by default current time.
  7. Should be able to add only Systolic value.
  8. Only added date record should display. (Same issue is there in BP & Pulse)
  9. LDL graph chart should not overlap.

Separate Systolic and Diastolic filed for BP .
