Health Record Dashboard-> Tool tip issues for title & time stamp issues. #17

Issue Description: Health Record Dashboard-> Tool tip issues for title & time stamp issues.

Steps:

  1. Mouse hover on Pulse title.
  2. Validate tool tip for following titles: RBG, OGTT & FBG

AR:

  1. Tool tip is not having any help text, Apart from title name. -> Same issue is there for following tabs: Hs-CRP, Visceral Fat, Subcutaneous Fat, Total Fat, Muscle Mass, HbA1c, Fasting Serum Insulin.
  2. Tool tip is same for RBG, OGTT & FBG titles.
  3. Following tabs are not having time stamp(Under log-> Calendar), to select time: Weight, Height, TG, VLDL, LDL, Hs-CRP, TC, Vise Fat, HDL, SC Fat, T Fat, Muscle M, HbA1c & FSI.

ER:

  1. Tool tip should display with proper help text.
  2. Time stamp should display.

add year with timestamp
