Food Tracker Issues #19

Issue Description: Food Tracker issues

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Health Tracker-> Food Tracker.
  2. Under 'Log Diet' enter Foods name (AR: 1)
  3. Click on Submit. (AR: 2)
  4. Enter Foods name manually, Which is not available in auto lookup. Enter mandatory fields data and click on submit. (AR: 3)

AR:

  1. In auto lookup header-> There is no space between 'Calories' & 'Protein'.
  2. In food history, Date is not displaying.
  3. Food item is able to add & PHP error is displaying.

ER:

  1. In auto lookup header-> There should be a space between 'Calories' & 'Protein'.
  2. In food history, Date should display.
  3. Either it should not allow to add (or) If we can add user defined food items-> Then PHP error message should not display.

All need to fix
