Social page issues #22

Issue Description: Social page issues.

Steps:

  1. Sign in to application.
  2. Click on Social. (AR: 1,2)
  3. Click on 'Click Here' link. (AR: 3)

AR:

  1. Top header help text-> On mouse hover 'Click Here' is not showing as link. But able to click.
  2. There is no link to 'Resend' confirmation code.
  3. In overlay alignment is not proper.
  4. Help text is not in polite way.
  5. Help text font size is equivalent to header name. And help text is showing in black color.

ER:

  1. Top header help text-> On mouse hover 'Click Here' should show with hand icon.
  2. There should be a link to 'Resend' confirmation code.
  3. Align the overlay in proper format(With proper spaces).
  4. Change the help text, Which should be polite way.
  5. Help text font size should be less than header name. And help text color should be light black color.(Eg: Display same color as 'Enter confirmation code).

Hide mobile verification for now. Later will fix it.
