[x] Create the playable character.
[x] Assign basic movement actions.
[ ] Assign desires such foraging for supplies to satisfy hunger, sickness, looking for shelter, etc.
- [ ] Desires can be enforced by having player stats that deteriorate like health and stamina.

Main character created with basic movement implemented by @pk-verma .
