Rather than processing a complete bom, it could be interesting to run bomr on a particular artifact.

In practice, an extra optional parameter can be specified that will either:

  1. Restrict the list of upgrades to the artifact (or list of artifacts)
  2. Fail if the artifact is not managed by the bom
