Enable/disable security configuration #5

As a user, I'd like to have the option to enable/disable Spring Boot's security configuration for http-source.

Acceptance:

security setting is disabled by default
a new property (maybe: enableSecurity=true) activates security settings
tests verify access to /health and /env actuator endpoints
README/docs include the new property
