Add boot2 support #6

Remove dep to spring-cloud-task-jdbchdfs-common and thus to spring-data-hadoop. Do same dance as with hdfs stream app to copy relevant classes to task app itself.

Actually closing this as we can to changes in github.com/spring-cloud-task-app-starters/core.
